Where is Wizzio Designs located?
We are based in Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and work with clients across India and the USA.
Can you handle branding, website and marketing together?
Yes. That is our strength — one team for the full brand.
Who will I work with?
You work directly with the founder, not a junior account manager.
Pricing & Payments
How much does a logo or website cost?
Every project is quoted to its scope, with clear starting packages. See our Pricing page.
What are your payment terms?
50% advance and 50% before final delivery.
Is GST included?
Prices are exclusive of 18% GST for Indian clients. A GST invoice is provided.
Do you offer bundle discounts?
Yes. Bundles cost less than buying services separately.
Timelines
How long does logo design take?
5–7 working days for concepts, 10–14 days for a full brand identity.
How long does a website take?
Most business websites take 2–4 weeks from approval to launch.
How fast are reels delivered?
Reels in 24–48 hours, YouTube videos in 3–5 days.
Revisions
How many revisions do I get on a logo?
Up to 3 rounds of revisions on your chosen concept.
How many revisions for videos and 3D?
2 rounds of revisions are included.
Will I approve social media content before it's posted?
Yes. You approve the monthly calendar before anything goes live.
Files & Ownership
Will I own my logo and designs?
Yes. You get full ownership and all source files after final payment.
Can I get editable source files?
Yes. You receive the source files (AI/PSD/Canva) on request.
Do you use templates or AI-generated logos?
No. Every logo is designed from scratch for your brand.
International Clients
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We work with US clients over Zoom, email and WhatsApp, and offer USD pricing.
How do international clients pay?
Via PayPal, Wise, Stripe or bank transfer.
What hours are you available for US calls?
7:00–10:00 PM IST, which is morning in the US.
